THE END OF SEPTEMBER, I SENT MY SON A BOX CONTAINING HIS WINTER COASTS FROM NEW JERSEY TO COLORADO..THE BOX LEFT NEW JERSEY AT 60LBS, WHEN IT ARRIVED IN COLORADO THE BOX WAS APPROXIMATELY 40LBS.

THE BOX WAS OPENED AND A BAG FILLED WITH MY SONS COATS WAS MISSING. I CONTACTED UPS AND WAS TOLD THE BOX WE USED TO SHIP HIS ITEMS WAS NOT ADEQUATE FOR THE WEIGHT LIMIT. I TOOK PICTURES OF THE BOX WHICH IN FACT WAS ADEQUATE AT MAX CAPACITY 110LBS.. I FAXED OVER A LIST OF THE MISSING ITEMS WHICH TOTAL APPROXIMATELY $1020.00 I WAS TOLD BY UPS I SHOULD BE RECEIVING 100.00 FOR MY MISSING BAG..THE BOX WAS SEALED PROPERLY..

THERE WAS NO WAY IN *** ITEMS WOULD HAVE FALLING OUT OF THE BOX !! UNLESS IT WAS OPENED AND REMOVED..

THIS IS A DISGRACE!HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERV..
