The UPS Driver was to return the undelivered Iphone 4 on 2/7/11 back to the UPS location for pick up by the receipent.He failed to do so and when I went to pick it up the next day, I was told that the package was "damaged".

It was confirmed on Wedneday, 2/9/11 by way of My Verizon Acct. that the phone was activated! UPS and Verizon are still trying to figure this out. Investigating the issue.

I the customer is still waiting for my phone!

I don't understand why either of these large companies cannot figure out how to satisfy me the customer!

Monetary Loss: $345.
