I left a signed info notice on my door so that the driver would leave my package.The driver just left another info notice instead of leaving the package...3 times!
Every time I got another info notice I called UPS, and they guaranteed I would get it the next day. They also had me call the holding center, who also guaranteed I would get it the next day. I got these guarantees 4 days in a row. Package never came...I am still waiting.
After all the phone calls and all the 'supervisors' I spoke to, no one could help me or wanted to actually do their jobs. Everyone was rude.
They're not very bright either.I guess there is a reason they work at UPS.
