My package was due to be delivered today Dec 27 2014 for my three year old daughter.When I checked the delivery, it states that I had moved.

I am currently at the home as I write this email What ***!!! I immediately called UPS and after being placed on hold for a long time I was told that I needed to correct my address. I told them that nothing was wrong and that I did receive packages for other BETTER couriers such as FedEx.

FedEx makes no mistakes.I think that the driver was just not up to working and decided to take the easy way out

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Delivery, Customer service, Poor customer service, Unethical business practices, Customer service agents.
