My package was due to be delivered today Dec 27 2014 for my three year old daughter. When I checked the delivery, it states that I had moved.
I am currently at the home as I write this email What ***!!! I immediately called UPS and after being placed on hold for a long time I was told that I needed to correct my address. I told them that nothing was wrong and that I did receive packages for other BETTER couriers such as FedEx.
FedEx makes no mistakes. I think that the driver was just not up to working and decided to take the easy way out

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
I didn't like: Delivery, Poor customer service, Unethical business practices, Customer service agents.
