We had an on-line order from Fry's that was a box containing 1000 feet of CAT5e cable delivered via UPS on Wednesday, October 5, 2016. It was delivered sometime after 4:30 PM. The delivery person did not notify us of the delivery (we were home), and they left the delivery at the bottom of our stairs, right by our driveway. I ordered a small order for MSC and it shipped from Atlanta Ga. as Next Day Air saver. Three times it has been listed as Out for delivery. I see UPS trucks drive by and no delivery. at the end of the day the status changes from out for delivery to Destination scan. Originally due 8 Dec 2015 and now they show 14 Dec 2015 as the scheduled date. I could drive to Atlanta pick it up and be back in Austin Tx in less time. Read more

Left a box marked "perishable, keep refridgerated" all over it in direct sunlight in 94° weather. Two phone numbers posted to call and they tried one call to one number. 25lbs of fresh seafood @$45/lb + $220/shipping! Read more

So UPS left a package in front of my apt door, during leasing office hours, and it got stolen. So of course I processed a claim with UPS and it's been *** trying to get reimbursed. The first time I called to put a claim in the girl on the phone didn't even do, then the second time the closed out because they claimed they had proof of delivery. I have ordered dozens of items online, most come FEDEX but a few, like the ones that qualify for free shipping, come UPS. The first 2 packages came in fine, but the one before last came very late in the day, It had an 11:15am-3:15pm estimate and got in at roughly 5:00 in the afternoon, and this last package never came at all. See title. There were several people at the property over 21 for delivery and the driver did not make a good attempt to find someone. I have had many such problems with UPS on corporate deliveries. Their forms are confusing and they do not follow them. I even signed the form to say leave at the door and I will assume risk of theft, but they would not. UPS tracking system said my iPhone6 would be delivered on Friday, Sept 19. Late that night they changed that to Monday, Sept 22. Late that night they said they could not provide a delivery time. In between they showed it in Corpus Christi about 130 miles from my home. First delivery attempt. A second attempt will be made on the next business day - September 23, 2014 5:25:00 PM Oh wait, it's a package that can be taken to the front door and left just like all other packages... no note left saying another attempt would be made tomorrow.
