Couldn't schedule a normal pickup. After time for pickup was scheduled, the Driver didn't show up. I called several times and talked to customer service, looks like the computer system wasn't updated properly and I had to explain everything from scratch again and again. I personally would never prefer, however I ordered a laptop and that manufacturer sent it through ups and they came and I wasn't home and left a note with pick up point address. The *** thing is that location is open from 8 to 4 and people who work can't pick up. When called customer service they wanted me to pickup in another city. Useless ups. Never ever go for this.

I ordered a package that is being shipped by UPS. It said that it would be here between May 12-20. It is May 26 and my package is not here! I need it in a few days and I'm getting very impatient. I have been waiting very long and I'm not happy at all. UPS needs to pick up the pace before I whipp some ones ***. I'll deliver the *** thing myself if I have to.

I can honestly say I've never received a ups package on time. Every time I see that my package has been delivered, I go outside and it's no where to be found. I am so frustrated with ups. I don't understand how hard it is to leave a package in a safe place or to deliver on time. If you're going to notify the customer the package has arrived, then there should be a package awaiting for the customer. Also it's not rocket science, don't leave... Read more

Shipped my pregnant niece a "baby box" disregarding her request not to do this until the second trimester. The box was run over by something very large. It destroyed the integrity of the box and contents but left the perimeter intact enough to handle so they delivered it anyway. Waiting literally all day on the porch with my boyfriend for a scheduled delivery that was already late due to some late truck or another in another state, but was due that very day. Pre ordered a Samsung Note 4 smart phone from T mobile, checked on status after item was shipped and found out at noon on Monday, Oct 13th that it was released at around 10. I received a delivery attempt notice yesterday that indicated that a second attempt would be made before 10:30 am today. I then logged in today and saw an updated estimate of end of day, after having taken the morning off work to be home at the indicated time of delivery.
