Took time off from work on a to stay home for an important delivery; tracking said "out for delivery".When package hadn't arrived by early evening, I called UPS to verify that is really WAS out for delivery and was assured that it was, absolutely.

I changed evening plans, stayed home, and still no delivery. Called UPS again, was told the same thing, "It's out for delivery!". Asked if someone would please verify that and let me know, was promised a call back that never came. Around 11 pm, tracking info mysteriously updated to read: "Delivery rescheduled for next Monday".

The *** package was never OUT for delivery! It arrived at the UPS depot too late to get put onto the truck (or so I was told) yet some *** scanned it as being ON THE TRUCK for deliver, and that information is what I saw from 6:30 am until 11 pm. Ridicualous that this happened, ridiculous that UPS "customer service" people can only tell you what you yourself see when you track, and ridiculous that there's no way (supposedly) for them to verify that tracking is accurate. I wasted an entire day and evening over this and it's not the first time.

had a similar experience last year.Call UPS and you get a "pep talk" and assurances, or an apology that means absolutely nothing because no improvements are made by UPS to keep this from happening in the future!

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of ups delivery service. Ups needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
