I never use UPS as they have let me down more times than I care to list as they are too Meany to mention.
Unfortunately my client still send me lots by them.
But In short kit smashed into pieces ,weeks late or returned to sender.
But what really gets me riled up is when I wade through the phone system to try and get a resolution all I get is lye's.
I am a conflict resolution specialist who deals with problems every day with out issue.
But half an hour talking to them and I seriously want to start burning there trucks.
No respect ,dishonest, uncaring!!

This person wrote the review because of poor customer service at Ups. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $400 and wants Ups to read this review and look into the issue (if any).
The most disappointing in user's experience was do not give a digested load of nutruient. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
