my pack was picked up from warehouse on 26th August from UPS and to date 1st Sept has not been delivered. I have paid for the delivery in the hope to have a fast service.

I would never have imagined that a pack would take over one week to travel from Bristol to far are they? 3 hours? I should have gone with Royal Mail. I called UPS to complain and they assured that the pack would have been delivered today.

It did not happen. First though they blamed me for the incorrect address and because no one was there to collect the pack. None of which is true. The address was correct and the pack was to be delivered to a shop open the whole day.

I tried to track my order and there are no updates since 29/08. This morning the tracking showed the pack in transit but now this has been deleted and the screen went back to 29/08.

I am completely disappointed. Next time I order something, I will ask what delivery company they use and if it is UPS, I will not buy.
