My package just experienced the 6th mechanical issue which is delaying shipping. Crappy part is that the delivery date move AHEAD one day today instead of the original date of tomorrow. I know this is impossible since it's still in Louisville, KY and has been there for 12 hours now due to TWO mechanical issues.
I called UPS and they said that these are ALL DIFFERENT mechanical issues and that I was a 'truly unlucky person' to be experiencing issues at every stop including one unplanned city according to customer service!!!
Original delivery date is tomorrow, website says today by the end of the day, customer service says two days from now at best. WHAT THE ***???
This person wrote the review because of poor customer service of delivery service from Ups. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Ups to have the product delivered.
