I lost my phone and had a replacemrnt shipped to me for delivery the next day (27th July 2017) with UPS. I tracked my package sat at home and waited patiently (ok impatiently because i needed my device for the following day for a trip out of town).

I never left my house, i even sat infront my door after seeing that it was out for delivery. All cars trucks everything passed by no! UPS. I checked my tracking only to see first attempt made (at approximately 2.30 pm) and second attempt will be made.

Mind you i never left my house and no one came to deliver my package. I then waited again giving them the benefit of the doubt although i know that no one came. I waited like Bob Marley i even sat infront my door step like the three little birds until 4.05pm i checked my tracker only to see update SECOND ATTEMPT MADE UNSUCCESSFULL RESCHEDULE FOR TOMORROW (28th July 2017). Smh those liarddddd did not even attempt to pass on my street muchless pretend to deliver.

I call customer care who informed me they will send an email or some form of communication to update my status to urgent delivery and that ill have a call back in an hour time. Ok i waited still giving ups time to get the package back to me i sat infront my door againnnnnnn in vain. At 7.24 once again i contacted ups customer care to be asked the same questions and to be told ill get a call in an hour as my package has already been labelled to be delivered with the most urgent priority. Also i informed her i was travelling the next day leaving home at 8am hence the reason my package was needed.

She stated she got that information and the package would be delivered asap and again i will get a confirmation call in an hour if no call I should call them back in an hour again i waited i waited i waited on my doorstep again no call back no delivery ... At 8.32 pm i called again only to be ask the same questions told the samething and later placed to talk with the supervisor who contacted the warehouse where my package went to and informed me "delivery tonight isnt possible because all the drivers has already left and delivery in the morning before 8 isnt guarenteed. Also the notes showed that A call back was schedule for 10am the next day smh they didnt call me either so I contacted them at 10.05am only to be told i live in a rural area so it will take a while to get to me.

PUROLATOR AND CANADA POST CAN DELIVER ON TIME BUT UPS HAD ISSUES CAUSE I LIVE IN A RURAL AREAim writing pissed to the 15th degree, i had to cancel my trip and its now 12pm Friday 28th July 2017 and despite all my calls and all the urgency they claim to put on my package im still here redoing exactly what i did yesterday WAITING IN VAIN..... GOD BLESS THAT DISHONEST UPS DELIVERY MAN AND THE ENTIRE UNHELPFUL UPS TEAM...

You should file a case in the consumer courts and take UPS to task and seek damages to the tune of 100 times the price of the phone for mental stress and irresponsible behaviour by UPS


Did you confirm the address they tried to deliver to? 9 times out of 10 when I have had an issue with supposed delivery attempts it turns out they were really trying to deliver in another location. The drivers are tracked with GPS so it would be really easy for the company to see if the driver was where he/she said they were.
