Friday March 14TH I checked the status of a local delivery. Showed delivered at 12:36.

When I got home I asked the wife where the package was??

Not at my house!!

When reported to UPS I got the runaround, so I asked them to check the driver GPS location when he pressed the "delivered button"

You would have though I was speaking an unknown language.

How *** are we to trust our shipments to UPS??

Not me anymore!!

Don't even want to talk about the empty box delivered to me with the bottom wide open a few years ago! DUMB AHOLES!!!!

Monetary Loss: $160.

To everyone,

When will enough people realize just how poor UPS's service is? For many, it goes beyond just poor service, with packages vanishing into thin air, and UPS refusing to do anything about it.

There is NO REASON to use UPS over the other available carriers-NONE!
