Package was not delivered when it was supposed to have been. The driver attempted to deliver it early and when no one was home, the package was then scheduled for another day making it late.
Paid for next day delivery not 2-day delivery.
Called Customer Service and, here is the kicker, was told that they had no process for me to file a complaint because nothing wrong had been done. An unhappy customer can not file a complaint with UPS. The customer service representative can only take information if they determine an error has occurred. An unhappy customer is not a problem that needs to be addressed.
The only recourse is to mail a letter to the corporate headquarters in Atlanta, GA.
The customer can not even send an email. They have no process for addressing complaints.
