I paid for UPS Second Day Air which was shipped from Texas to Arizona on Friday (3-13). The original date of delivery was Tuesday, and now they are saying it will be Thursday? This is totally unacceptable behavior to have such a delay when paying for second day delivery, for a package coming from Texas to Arizona. And to top it off, the tracking service for UPS does not even give me an explanation for the excessive delay. Talk about poor customer service. You spend a lot more money to get faster delivery, and when they can't deliver they should at least give you a reason.
Lost my business.
