I am about to pick up my package a month late due to the poor communication, lack of customer service, and dated infrastructure of UPS.Throughout this ordeal I have had to hound UPS to receive updates on my lost package, I have been hung up on and lied to by their operators, and in the end I am receiving my package at the same time regular mail would have delivered it.

I feel I have wasted my money and will now only order from businesses that ship DHL. UPS needs to either equip their drivers with business phones so that they can contact people when the delivery is attempted or allow people to schedule their drop-offs. Unfortunately, I don't have the luxury of sitting around all day waiting for UPS.

The customer service has been extremely rude and not at all interested in helping me receive my package.Save your time, money, and energy and ship DHL.

i doubt dhl has extremely diff del practices
