BE WARY OF EVERY UPS SHIPPING LOCATION. THEY OFFER INSURANCE FOR YOU TO BUY, BUT THEY WILL NOT HONOR IT WHEN THEY SEVERELY DAMAGE YOUR PACKAGE. THEY WILL ALSO NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. I DID NOT EVEN KNOW MANY OF THESE ARE FRANCHISES!
I CAN ATTEST TO THE FACE THAT THE FLAGSTAFF LOCATION RUNS A SCAM. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS IF YOUR MERCHANDISE HAS ANY VALUE TO YOU AT ALL! THEY REFUSE TO GIVE OUT MANAGEMENT OR CORPORATE CONTACTS. WE WILL NOW SWITCH OUR ENTIRE COMPANY'S SHIPPING PROCESS TO THE COMPETITORS.
WE WILL NO LONGER USE UPS. Over a $35.00 refund, they will now lose hundreds of thousands of dollars in shipping revenue. They were even told this, and still they refused to honor their insurance. The bigger loss is theirs.
