Snowed in RI on Monday...not terrible but fairly messy. Package scheduled for Tuesday delivery re-scheduled (understandably) for Wednesday.
Didn't arrive Wednesday. Didn't arrive Thursday. Didn't arrive Friday. Latest message says Monday delivery "may" be further delayed, all due to "severe weather conditions beyond their control".
Mind you, there has been no severe weather since Feb 2.
Clearly, UPS in Rhode Island is suffering from a complete breakdown of their already-inefficient delivery system and are apparently running about a week behind, while the company and its customer service people hide behind the "severe weather" excuse.
One of the most disingenuous companies still in business.
