UPS has damaged several of my packages and others have been lost and one had to be found after I complained to a supervisor. Once the package was found, she stated that, "The driver's are on the clock." Her attitude was arrogant and unapologetic.

This happened 3 days ago. Today, another package came severely damaged. I could touch the glass on the art print through the 1 foot cut. The packages are clearly marked with the contents and FRAGILE.

They don't care about people, only about $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. Yet, the customers are the reason they are making money.

I suspect since the situation doesn't improve after complaints are submitted to appropriate personnel, that the problem starts at the top.

Marking a box "fragile" does nothing, as the vast majority of damage that occurs happens when it's on conveyor belts and in the backs of trucks. UPS has packaging guidelines on their website which are best followed in order for a package to arrive safely.
