this company screwed up the shipping, and then didn't take responsibility for it. blamed it on UPS when I get packages from UPS all the time.

then sent me old product as well as sending me one container that was the wrong thing. and to boot, their customer service is the worst I've encountered, ever. they don't seem to care about quality of product or about their customers.

when I called today to followup on an email I sent them, the guy was curt, listened to the problems but was rude.

I recommend--don't buy from them!

This does not sound like a complaint about UPS but you don't mention the company you are complaining about. How does this help anyone? How can we not buy from them if you don't tell us who it is?
