Second time in three months I've had UPS not deliver a product.Last time the vendor was cordial and resent the item at no charge, but they lied about trying to deliver item, never left a notice.
Someone was available all the days of expected window of delivery. We were only able to access shipping information once the item was returned to vendor.
This time, they've delivered to an office which is the wrong address, despite all shipping info being correct. They've had someone I don't know sign for the item, and the office delivered to isn't the same address as the apartment building on the shipping information.
We've verified this twice, and are going to report the item stolen and pursue further action.
Monetary Loss: $50.
