Not resolved

My post office is a block away from where I live. UPS and FedEx have delivered stuff to them a few times when I'm not at home (even things that require signing.)

But I guess now they're not going to.

My laptop is borked and I ordered a Macbook Pro. Since I work for a living I can't wait around all day for UPS. Delivery has failed twice. Best Buy even attempted an intercept change-of-address to my PO Box (once again, a block away from where I live), and they wouldn't do it.

I'm going to call UPS and complain tonight.

I probably have to send the laptop back and wait 7-10 business days for a refund. I don't know why I even bother with UPS; I've never had a problem with USPS.
