I do not appreciate your delivery guy having a very rude attitude with my parents, my parents were only trying to return a box that the shipping Company stated for them to give back to the driver upon delivery of the corrected item. Well asking the driver to wait for the box being to return was a mistake this is when he started hollering telling them the package should have been on the porch and that he cant take it back because it had been opened well yes it was opened to find out that it was not the correct vase size. I do not holler or scream at my parents and I do not appreciate your UPS driver being disrespectful.

Monetary Loss: $165.
