I received in the mail that I had a package waiting for me at UPS, but I had only two days to pick it up.It's impossible to pick up a package when the store is open 8 AM to 7 PM, but your shift starts at 7 AM to 7 PM.
The lady at the counter was rude and condescending. When I called customer service, she advised that I had not responded to their notice, and I explained to her that I did not have enough time to respond.
The only advice I got was have the shipper resend the package.Thanks UPS for the great customer care!
