An angry, sarcastic, frustrated, rude driver blamed the customer for not being home once before when he tried to deliver the items. The customer had received less than 12 hours notice of first delivery time and contacted UPS to reschedule.
Was informed by UPS customer service that packages would be delivered on new date requested. Notwistanding this assurance the driver showed up on the original date. He produced a report that he had delivered the items at residence but instead left them at a UPS boutique. Customer received notice that his packages had been delivered.
Customer called UPS to tell them the items where not delivered contrary to emailed notice of delivery. UPS said they could not do anything a bout this and asked that an ''investigation'' be requested by merchant.
