Ordered an item 11 days ago and it was unfortunately sent by UPS from Germany to the UK. Its still not arrived, no van, no card in the door, nothing.

When I enquired I was told "come and pick it up yourself", from some sort of Access Point.

What sort of rubbish service is that for the expensive prices they charge. It should be door to door.

Still a total rubbish service. Had to pick it up myself, something which they should be forced to compensate me for as they did not fulfill their part of the contract which was, paid for delivering it to MY address.
