UPS - Lazy delivery

Was literally home watched the carrier walk to the door and instantly leave a note saying he made a delivery attempt, didn’t ring the door bell or knock on the see-through glass door that I was looking at him through, on the note there is no customer service phone number, and the delivery boy must be both blind and stupid

UPS - Broken deal

Paid $200 for overnight service from Maine to NJ. When the computer failed to arrive the next day we called and found out it was in Louisville and would not arrive until Monday. Next day=4 days! I am leaving for thhome Middle East on Tuesday. Major hassle.
