Horrible robot customer service

After repeated attempts to slowly tell the robot the tracking number it repeatedly did not understand the tracking number. It wasnt that it didnt recognize it.. it was as if I didnt tell it anything. Even after several Lets try this including using my keypad to enter the tracking number I called a UPS store and received a local UPS number to get a local representative . She immediately found the tracking number that the robot could not find, got in touch with the UPS driver and resolved the delivery issue. WHY IS IT SO HARD TO GET TO A HUMAN BEING.

User's recommendation: God help you if you want to get in touch with a person in customer service.

I ordered a cheese cake it on two day delivery. Five days later I it's still on Arlington. Will my cheese cake still be edible
