Unable to contact anyone

I have ordered product and for 6 days now no tracking updates this is why I prefer FED-X .its said that you cant get a hold of anyone in what I thought was the best in the business!

I ordered a large item and paid 300 for the delivery which was scheduled. My window for delivery was 8-12 according to the first phone call I received. And I was told my address was gonna be at the beginning of the route. So, I waited. And I waited. I repeatedly...

Horrible

On at least 6 occasions, we have had emails saying the driver attempted delivery but that was a complete lie! We both work from home, so we are here all the time. (One of us is)! No notice was left on our door. The driver just doesnt have the time or is a liar. Then we are told to go to a store to pick it up! We PAID FOR THE ITEM TO BE DELIVERED, so why the F do we have to drive a few miles to go pick it up????!?!? This keeps happening. The driver to our address should be fired.

I just bought a very expensive computer from Apple and waited months for the a constant changing delivery date- with no notice, text, phone call or email UPS delivered the computer to the wrong address then lied to me and said they delivered it to the right address but...

Not honest and delayed delivery

I do not know which kind of access they need - we live in a house.... and called them they insist that I live in a condo..... 12/06/2021 4:41 P.M.Our driver cannot complete delivery. We are trying to get the security access our driver needs for this delivery. How has it developed? It hasn't!

UPS hasn't contacted me nor do I anticipate that they will. My neighbor went into that same UPS Store and they gave her the AAA discount! Guess the manager learned how to use their new system!

Try calling UPS with a complaint. I dare...

I'm not sure how many of you out there actually check the map on your delivery day, but if you want to know what takes soooo long for your package to arrive, you should. Been watching today and the truck got within a few blocks of my house and then all of a sudden went...

Tracking is false info

Recieved a notice from UPS stating package was delivered but no package arrived. Was home all day. Details on ups tracking stated package weighed 13.5 lbs for a 25' ethernet cable.actual under 1 lb. Lol! Package was labeled and picked up from Jefferson Indiana at 10:34 AM And Delivered Same day at 12:05 pm. Yah, Jefferson is 3 hrs away lol! Now you tell me....is it possible? No, ups probably lost the package or kept it themselves. I'm assuming of course just pissed off! Now I have to process a refund. Advise....don't order through 3rd party sellers or use ups/fed ex. Go to the store and buy it yourself if you can. Put them out of business. Oh...it's covid fault by the way. No, its this communist gov forcing vaccine shots.

Poor service and lying driver

A parcell was to be delived to my appartment 3 days ago. Sticker on outside door said driver tried to deliver parcelle. HE LIED - I was home all day waiting but her never used the intercom to lrt me know he was here. He sent parcell to local store. I called UPS helpdeak - parcell will be delivered within 2 days.tomorrow.nothing delivered. called helpdesk again - will send it tomorrow for shure! I wll believe it if I see it

Customer service is designed to trick you

Delayed my package by 3 weeks. I could literally see on the tracking number that it was in a facility like 20 miles away from my house. Multiple times, it said that it is in the van, going to be delivered that day. Customer support is non existent. Their entire website is designed to trick you into a loop of finding what number to call or what email address to send to. You can't actually call UPS, but they like to watch you run around for a few hours trying.

User's recommendation: if you're buying from the other side of the world, it might be faster to just fly there and pick it up yourself.

Package says delivered but not found

Ups driver didnt deliver package to my door. Said it was left at the mailroom. Just because there is a mailroom does not mean you can be lazy and leave it there. Its only mail when mailed thru the postal service! I went to get it there and to my surprise the package is not there. I called within minutes of delivery to tell them. They informed me I would be called back within a few hours. Still waiting. Hard as *** to get an actual person on the phone numbers UPS gives you. Every answer you give the automated system always has an excuse to tell you to go on line. Customer service sucks.

UPS "Access Points" are an excuse to avoid home delivery

I was working on my car's turn signals in my front driveway, about 10 feet from the street at the time that the UPS delivery attempt was supposedly made. No UPS truck appeared on my street and no attempted delivery notice was left. I was told on the internet tracking site that the package was taken to an "Access Point" for me to pick up.....but no address was provided. I called their 800 number and was promised a second delivery would be made. I waited home all day, but no attempt was made. I still have no idea where the "Access Point" was located. I assume the package was returned to the vendor, who hopefully will provide a refund.

User's recommendation: Use USPS or Fed Ex.....UPS service has become unacceptable.

Yet Another Misdelivery!

UPS apparently has zero interest in helping a retiree on a fixed income find a prescription they say they delivered but did not. I was home and also have a camera on my front door.

They never delivered anything!

Now I am out over $1000 of prescriptions, with no recourse or even communication available through UPS. They will not take my claim/complaint over the phone or on their website.

UPS sent me an e-mail stating my package was delivered to my front door. I was home and checked. Nothing was there and my security cameras confirmed no one came to my house. Their automated phone system will not allow you to speak with a person and actually comes right out and says that. They try to route you to the extraordinarily unhelpful website where they won't take any complaint, claiming the package was already deliveredAvoid
