Trashed My parcel and charging me twice - No comm's at all

Don't use these people, they are very bad when something goes wrong. They trashed my parcel, customer service person misled that they had started my claim and hadn't. Never called back when they promised to, charged additional sums to Paypal without even telling me or getting any agreement. They are *** to deal with

Stolen mail

Had a package supposedly delivered and signed for. Neither of these were true. None of my neighbors signed either. Ups either stole my package or delivered it to the wrong house. Its been a month since I filed a claim. No movement. Filed a police report for theft. Plan on filing fraud.

User's recommendation: Dont use for expensive shipments. Insurance is worthlesd.

I so irritated that this company has tracking numbers but thier system can't deliver adiquate updates so that I have to spend *** day into the evening at home waiting.

UPS won't answer a call on tracking a package. My adverse weather event has been over for several days now - and I still get to wait at my house all day - there system says to sign up for My choice", did that, did the track on line...still no updates on my delivery time. I have called twice and their Karen voice recording won't let you talk to anyone.

Ups driver lied

Ups driver told recipient and myself that a package was delivered wherein it was actually lost. If you dont mind your packages being lost by all means UPS.

UPS lost my package

UPS lost my package, and they are NO FREAKING HELP in figuring out where it is. The damn 800 number does not help. AT ALL!! Get rid of the damn number if you can't talk to a REAL PERSON!! I Finally get someone to call me back, and they're still no freaking help!! I've got to go online to file a *** claim!! Furthermore, I hate UPS with a passion and wish NONE OF MY PACKAGES EVER HAD TO GO Through UPS!! Waste of time!! This happens with every UPS package! Clown show!

Driver Lying About Attempted Delivery

The driver blatantly lied about having "attempted to deliver" a package. I work from home and was here all day. No one knocked. No one came. No sticker was left. I called to complain and nothing has been done. I don't know how come they're still in business. They should be driven out of business.

Package not delivered

They always leave packages at the post office when I use my PO Box......of course since its Christmas, they didn't this time and they want me to drive to the next town over, 45 minutes away, one way, and pick it up. I am so sick of UPS. there is one driver that is good, the rest are rude and act like you owe them something.

Microsoft and PayPal are investigating. UPS are sitting doing nothing. They are busy covering for their employees that steal parcels

No package

Says it was delivered. I am in a fifth wheel campground and have no issues getting packages. But not this time. And lack of customer service is disheartening.. still no Package!

The package is called ming one day late and i am going out of town on vacation. Wouldnt allow me to change delivery. This creates a hazard for me.

I have not received my package and it says delivered

My package says delivered at 6:42pm but when checked on front porch it could not be found I checked with neighbors they have not seen any package also so I tried to call no answer

Package not received..

When process a overnight delivery from my company it shall receive to doc on my end which I never received to the appropriate address I spoke to customer service I spoke to my shipper then I spoke back to customer service told to file a claim Its been a week and still havent no response so I had to cancel my package which was very important loan that I needed it cost me $150 to process a long with a $20 fee for overnight shipment I cannot get that back.. now I have to wait for the cancellation from my shipper and re-processed it which will cost me another $150 to do because I have very important things to take care of and I did not receive my package mail ..Furthermore I received this review and still havent received anything from the claims department thank you

Package not received..

When I contacted UPS to let them know that I did not receive my mail he asked me to file a claim I filed a claim a week ago never got a response or anything from UPS it was a very important package that needed to be delivered if for some reason it was not delivered I sometimes understand things to do confused in the mail, but I expected a reply from you guys with the upmost respect to let me know that they are still investigating, but instead I got a response from you guys versus the claim department thank you
