Ups - How are they still in business???
If I could give UPS less than 1 star, I would! Incompetent drivers, incompetent customer service reps, their ENTIRE staff is incompetent people. Their automated tracking doesn’t even update and employees don’t scan packages, making it essentially useless. Take your business to USPS or FedEx!

UPS and other shippers should have the ability to allow the recipient of the package to UPGRADE shipping speed. For example, a RECIPIENT would enter the UPS tracking number and be presented with the ability to PAY an additional fee to have the package delivered faster....Read more
