Ups - Stolen good!

I received my box today besides being a few days late the box was nearly destroyed. Upon opening it I found that very important medicine that I had shipped to me urgently was missing. One of the employees went into my box and stole my pills. I hate this company and will never be using them again. They are god awful. And after calling to complain they basically told me it wasn’t my problem

Ups - Handle with care!? LOL! More like andle with a baseball bat!

Delivered me an empty box with a hole the size of my fist in the side. Customer service completely unhelpful and unapologetic. Now it's my responsibility to figure out how to get a new delivery or refund. Will choose USPS or FedEx over UPS from now on.
