Do not use UPS, I recommend customers to use FEDEX, they are more PROFESSIONAL!

Ordered a package left Specific instructions, the Delivery driver for Schererville,IN. Local apartment complex did not leave package in office complex where instructed to do so.....spent all day dealing with the most confused individuals who did not speak English...calls must be routed to another country. Paid to have this package over nighted. Waited on hold for 20mins. Each time I called, mind you I called 4times in 4hrs. Because I kept being told that a supervisor will call me back. Finally they said the driver will not be able to make a second attempt....he didnt even make a first attempt?! What a joke UPS in Schererville are! I will never use UPS again......FEDEX is awesome they accommodate &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; appreciate there customers!! DELIVERY SERVICE IS AWFUL!!

I shipped a carpet back and UPS damaged it. The company I bought the rug from won't give me credit (I understand that), but UPS said it was insured for $100. And they have yet to give me that credit. The product was shipped back September 5th, 2019. How long do I wait?

I have no idea how UPS can make a profit. They will ship your package all over the country many times to the same location twice before it will arrive at your door. I am currently waiting on a package that came to my local UPS office and was then shipped back to Denver. Now it might come back here in a couple of days but it doesn't keep me from being a pissed consumer.

I placed an order on Amazon website on 01/15/2020. As a Prime member, my package was to be delivered within 2 days (Fri 01/17/2020). On the expected day, I got a delivery notification on my phone. I went to their website to verify the delivery and it indicated "Delivered Jan 17" followed by my name and correct address. I wanted to know what time, so I clicked the "updates" link and the update indicated "11:53am - delivered Lynnfield, MA". I was a little confused but since the notification indicated delivery at my correct address in Peabody, MA, I focused on my work (I was at work). When I returned home, I was livid to find no package. The next day, I called the UPS customer number but the automated system was hopeless. I have to wait till Monday 01/20/20 to speak to someone.

UPS stores have zero affiliation with UPS other than a daily pick up from UPS and a contract to use their name to facilitate their customers shipping needs with UPS.

I have a feeding tube for nutrition. My nutrition is shipped on the 14th.Since the day I stared getting them i could not get them up the stairs. I cannot carry anything more than 5 lbs, For 7 months I called and cried and ranted to no avail they were left downstairs, it rained on them and a few times it stayed outside because no one lives closeby. The final straw was when it was left in the sun all day and half the next.We now use fedex' . at least they come upstairs will never use again if I can help it.
