Ups - Unfair pay

This company is a joke to work for, I’ve been with them the last two years. The first year wasn’t to bad but this year is a whole different story. I’ve been making $10.50 an hour while every other driver helper has been making $15.00 an hour. I’ve also been shorted 30 hours from my pay check. I’ve called and complained multiple times and they seem to not care. Not a good company to work for.

Ups - Terrible customer service

Three days (so far) of trying to find a lost package, they keep telling me they will call me back and they do not. I am currently on hold trying to speak to a manager. Have been holding for 1.5 hours. Customer service is terrible, there have been no apologies and no attempts at reconciliation. I will NEVER use UPS again
