Not resolved

My package was shipped on Wednesday and was 2 day air. The tracking number said that it was on time for delivery for Friday by the end of the day.

Friday at 9pm I decide that this is weird it hasn't come and decide to live chat with customer service. She tells me the shipper didn't get my package on time (even though the website says it was tracking it on time) and then proceeds to disconnect me!!!

Now I won't be getting my package until Monday so not ony do I not get my package but I wasted my money on 2 day air. I'm so fed up with ups I will go out of my way from now on to buy from stores that don't use them!!!
