Twice went to pick up packages at customer center; did not find all packages; returned other one to sender with no notifications this was being done; and after I had actually been there to pick it up! Driver leaves info notice; I call to have held for pickup; go to pick up and they say it's not there; actually it's on truck for delivery; I have their own record of being held on the tracking website.
The Commerce City location used to be good. Now I request Fedex whenever possible. They reliably deliver to a Fedex store upon my computer generated request without fail and without paying $40/yr.
Extremely frustrating. I have to drive 40mi round trip for these errors, too.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
