UPS used to be a very good company. They no longer care about the consumer.

I have called them to notify there is no body home to sign for package since I have to work. They indicated they would hold package for pickup. I go to UPS (40 miles) to pickup and told "Sorry" it's back on truck. Asked them to hold and told OK.

I call the next day ... you guessed it ... back on truck. I've tried for five days to get my package and I'm still waiting.

Very poor business ethic and unwilling to work with individual customer.

I certainly will do all I can NOT to have things sent UPS in the future.
