I have a new account with UPS. I have received 2 invoices that have 8 shipments billed to my account, none of which are mine. I have been calling them for 2 days, leaving messages, asking account be closed. None of this has been done, and no calls returned. Their representative are ignorant of procedures, and all my attempts to contact someone at corporate office yield no results.

Don't do business with these idiots.

This is a blatant case of fraud where someone is using my account number to ship all over the US, and I can't even get them to recognize that. I can't even get my account closed at this point!! What a mess!!
