I found out today after using their site to create a label that next day air does not mean you will get it Saturday even if you choose Saturday Delivery.I needed the package by today and created a label so it would arrive today.

They said the label was created for Monday because it was the next business day. I called UPS twice directly and the store once. All I got was the run around about how they are not responsible because the shipper which was their store chose air next day for Monday not Saturday and they refused to refund me my money. Now I am out of $100 and the time sensitive package will be destroyed due to late delivery.

I will not create another label.Make sure when using the site and the person who ships the package to choose the correct label otherwise you will get nothing but the run around.
