i had a package being delivered by ups the tracking said it was scanned to destination on friday 01 nov 2012 so i called ups and they informed me that the package was out for delivery by 7pm on friday it never arrived then on sat i received an email saying that it was guaranteed delivery by 7 pm on monday well guess what it never showed up and i called them at 1pm to check the status and was again informed that it would be here by 7pm i have been on the phone with them for 3 hrs and they do not know where the package is

Monetary Loss: $575.
