Repeated bad experiences with UPS delivery and a package no one can find led me to call UPS.The supervisor told me I shouldn't compare their service to any others because of their long history!
They can't tell me where my package is (the same company sent another package by FedEx the same day and it arrived 3 days ago), but I should be happy because they've got 100 years experience!
The USPS has more and does a MUCH better job, believe me.Customer service at UPS is terrible, period.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of ups shipping. Ups needs to "i am so upset after speaking to the supervisor, jim, at about 7 p.m. mst. he was terrible at his job. i don't need a lecture, i need an apology and my package delivered on time" according to poster's claims.
