Parts were shipped out Indianapolis on January 18th using expedited service to Yandina, Queensland. 5 lb box arrived in Botany facility on January 22nd and tracking showed cleared customs that day.
Tracking also showed delivery to not occur until January 29th so a call was placed to the facility to ask if delivery date could be changed to an earlier date or if parcel could be picked up at facility. We were told no on both accounts.On January 25th the tracking page shows delivery date has been changed to February 4th.Yandina is not in the bush. It is a suburb just North of Brisbane.
This is an unacceptable policy on behalf of what is supposed to be a world class freight company. We have spent 10's of thousands of dollars utilizing UPS for our preferred shipping company and just spent the last $200+ dollars for a delivery that could have been rowed over to Australia faster than the big brown cluster could do.
