UPS delivered a replacement printer and left it outside my open gate, sitting precariously on a fence post.When I sent to return the original printer, I wanted a tracking number as I want to be sure the printer manufacture gets the old one back.

I took it to 2 UPS stores, neither would give me a tracking number. I have spent over 24 hours trying to find a drop off place for UPS that will give me a tracking number.

Right on the web site it claims two times as many stores as FedExp.All I can say is ***.
