I have never had a good experience with UPS when they deliver to my residence. It has nothing to do with the drivers, and everything to do with their system. The worst problem is with their notification system. The last package was sent back to the hub twice because they gave me the WRONG delivery time. Attempted delivery two hours BEFORE the time they said to expect so of course I was NOT home at that time.

Yesterday they sent out a notification to expect my delivery this afternoon. So I make sure to be home. When there was no delivery, I went to the website to find out that the package had been stopped in Illinois due to bad weather BEFORE the delivery notification had been sent.

I tried to complain, but the website makes it almost impossible.

GO USPS. They're cheaper, they don't leave you hanging, and they're ours.
