UPS failed to deliver package on a 4 hour window. Delivery driver shows up 1 1/2 hour late and leaves a note to deliver in 3 days.
I complained about the waiting period so they gave me tracking status for the next day to deliver by the end of the day in which they did not deliver. I made a formal complaint to UPS and the representative says I would get a call but never did got one. The very next day I get a tracking status again to deliver by the end of the day but UPS failed to deliver again for the next 2 days. In the mean time I receive an email advertising to use Access Point to have my package deliver to a UPS store for a fee which I refuse.
I waited for total 5 days for UPS to deliver in which I wasted my time because they never showed up at my door. I ended up cancelling my order.
