My order was to be delivered on 4/6/15, which did not happen. After complaining to UPS: they stated I gave wrong address--not true!
The address was on their email to me was correct, so then the company made some other flimsy excuses. Finally when I complained "big time" to the sender--told them to cancel the order, also again to UPS, they scheduled another delivery time, which was 4/13/15--a week late and many days of arguing. The package did come, but opened.
I have lived at this address fifty plus years and delivery has always been fine. The address in on both gates.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of ups customer and delivery. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of package. Ups needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
