I have a delivery that needs signature. However, the first attempt was unsuccessful because I was not home (I work all day).
They left a notice of their attempt. Their next delivery would be next day at 10-12pm, also a time when I won't be available (who is available at that time when most people work??). When I tried to reschedule another time for another day on their UPS.com, it would COST ME EXTRA $5 in order to change to another time or another address!!
When I tried to talk to customer service, they couldn't do anything and all they could offer is: go to MyUPS.com.
So, they have my package and they have NO incentive whatsoever to offer any customer service at all and they just want more money on my behalf!!
This person wrote the review because of poor customer service at Ups. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Ups to have the product delivered.
The most disappointing in user's experience was poor customer service, delivery, customer service agent and overcharging rate. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
