Not resolved

I booked a pick up yesterday and UPS did not show up and they were to pick up by 5pm.

I called now as we are only at the office 2 days a week so I asked if he could pick up tomorrow and did I need to rebook it. They rebooked it for me which was good, however, I was given to explanation or reason as to why the driver did not show up for pick up and no apology.

There was also a notice on our door of the 9th that they would redeliver a package on the 10th. That would've been fine but they never showed up with that package either.

To top it off the customer service person ended the call by saying so it's all good now, nothing for you to worry about.

I said it's not all good, because my pkg was to be picked up on the 10th and delivered to the destination location today. Still no apology, she just kept saying.....ummmmmm hmmmmmm.....
