It seems that the representative to my address can not come later than 3:00 p.m. CST.

Like most working people, I do not get home until 5:30 or later. There are no other times offered, 3:00 p.m. or before. I have called the offices of all companies that I order from and have asked them to send my purchases through USPS.

UPS has grown way too happy with the status quo. I am thoroughly pissed with going to the "store" to pick up my purchase.

I am supposed to be a customer, not a victim. Give me a break!

Monetary Loss: $200.
