i am becoming very annoyed with this company.I have had to call despite the fact my package was to be delivered yesterday and only then did i find out that it would be delayed by 1 day.

fair enough now today i called and i was advised that it would be delivered today it is now roughly half 6 WHERE IS THIS PARCEL? communication is poor and i have been waiting for two days and still nothing.

will never use this company again have also been calling and now i have been on hold for 20 minutes.The online tracking details are very misleading.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Unreliablr.
