I ordered an item from an online retailer who shipped the package UPS ground. It was originally scheduled for delivery on Thursday and since I knew I would not be home on Monday I changed the delivery address to one of my neighbors and receive an email confirming my request.

Due to some "technical issue" the package could not find its way out of Massachusetts until today. I arrived home this evening to find a "Sorry we missed you" sticker on my mailbox and a check in the box saying "they will try again next delivery day your action is required". What action would that be? This is the second time the change of delivery has been totally ignored.

Then there is the part about they will not deliver until the next business day which may or may not be Monday. What a bunch of ***.
