I agree, avoid UPS at all costs. We've been having issues with them for 9 years.
My husband now uses another courier. They ship our packages from Nova Scotia to New Brunswick and back even though many packages are being shipped about 80km from where we live and New Brunswick is 400 km west of us. Every time we phone to complain we get someone is Asia. I was under they impression that if we asked to be transferred to someone in Canada that the law states that they must do so but they won't.
They won't even provide me with a Canadian contact.
They package we should have received yesterday (Monday) won't be received until Thursday. Very frustrating when trying to run a business.
