I am indeed disguised about the unprofessional services of UPS, in Maryland. I had a package sent to me from an online store.
They sent it promptly, but UPS delivery driver dropped off a package that required a proof of signature to a home in a city that is 30 min away to the wrong person. When I call the main customer service number, they gave me the round about answer, saying the organization will call me, but I received no call. I had to call numerous amount of calls just to get some form of a solution. Then they said we would do an eight-day investigation for their mistake to be investigated.
Which was their fault why is there an investigation (confused)? I am completely done with this unorganized, unprofessional organization. Let's shut them down they have too many complaints about this issue.
Maybe that will wake them. Let's not use their service and that will definitely will wake them up.
