I asked for 2nd day air for a time sensitive document to be shipped through UPS.The driver left notice on my door on the first attempt.
I was at home, I am not sure even if he knocked. I thought it was nobody's mistake. Then I called to held my package...I went to pick it up (driving 10 miles) and they didn't have it. This happened even after I asked to hold the package twice.
Really pissed at UPS. The supervisor at the center told me they will give me credit through the shipper. However it never happened.
When I called them back about the credit they told me the shipper has to file a complaint.I learnt 'never believe what they tell you...ask in writing'' I got my package 5 days late!!
Monetary Loss: $20.
